This opening panel of Chapter 7 of the Wormworld Saga is a perfect example of a shot that is scribbled with just a bunch of loose brush strokes in the preliminary version and in the final illustration creates tons of work. Looking into my documentation, this panel is actually one of the most elaborate panels of the whole story and took me 23 hours to finish.
